We are looking for an Access Support worker with experience of providing support to senior/director-level staff, with knowledge and understanding of neurodivergent access. You will work with an Executive Director of a small London-based multi-arts organisation, whose main focus is the delivery of a bi-annual festival. Overview of Executive Director role: The Executive Director is responsible for the operational, financial and strategic management of the organisation. Working closely with the Artistic Director & CEO to execute the creative vision and business strategy, the ED ensures the organisation is properly resourced to deliver on its vision and objectives and reports to the CEO and Board of trustees. Overview of Access Support role: The Access Support worker supports the ED across all areas of their work, provides pastoral encouragement and coaching when needed and aids with embedding access tools and resources.
