We are currently recruiting for two new roles at Many Studios. The Admin and Communications Coordinator is a core role, working with our General Manager and directorial team to ensure the smooth running of our organisation and building in the East End of Glasgow. Many Studios is a women and LGBTQ+ led, independent arts organisation and Community Interest Company, founded in 2012. Many Studios is a place for creative practice. Our building at Ross Street provides 42 workspaces for a creative community of 80+ people, from visual artists, makers and designers to writers, programmers and engineers. We host a venue for hire, and produce local and international community-led projects. About the role: The role of the Admin & Communications Coordinator is to maintain and develop systems that ensure the efficient-running of the organisation, encompassing core admin support for membership and external bookings, website and social media oversight and wider promotion of services. While this role is primarily desk-based, all members of the Many Studios team will have some requirement to manage physical aspects of the building. The Administrator will be required to cover reception duties from time to time so working from the building is necessary and non-negotiable. Experience of working in an administrational role.
Experience of social media, digital marketing and/or sales.
Confidence in IT systems and software inc. Adobe Creative Suite and Xero.

A sound awareness of accessibility issues and environmental values.
