Job Description

Introduction & Background

Moonstruck Astronaut is a not-for-profit community theatre company based in the borough of Telford and Wrekin, Shropshire. Our mission is to bring together local communities through inclusive theatre projects that promote friendship, creativity, self-expression, and a sense of belonging- starting with children and young people and eventually expanding to adults. From 2021 to 2024, we delivered outdoor Drama in the Forest workshops at Wrekin Forest School and operated Newport Youth Theatre. In 2025, we're relocating to Telford Town Centre to run Telford Tall Tales, supported by an Arts Council National Lottery Project Grant. This new chapter of work brings an exciting opportunity to collaborate with us. We're looking to engage a freelance Marketing & Administration Assistant who shares our passion for empowering children through the arts and can help build awareness of our work while supporting the smooth running of our projects.
