You will have at least 1 year experience in a similar role, be highly organised and have strong multi-tasking skills. - Supporting managers and the wider team with general administrative tasks
- Answering office telephone and responding to emails
- Assist with digital filing, paperwork and updating company records
- Basic finance administration, including credit card reconciliation and coding supplier invoices to the correct projects
- Assist with HR administration
- Organising couriers
- Ordering office supplies and helping to maintain a tidy and organised office environment
- Project procurement support
- Taking meeting minutes
- Handling confidential information professionally
