You will ensure that our members, parents, and creatives have everything they need for a seamless membership experience. We are looking for a proactive professional who excels in a fast-paced environment and remains composed under pressure, thrives in evolving environments, and brings a collaborative spirit to our close-knit team.

Job Requirements

Action-Oriented: A proactive "get stuck in" attitude with the ability to self-start in a fast-moving landscape.

Skill Set:
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of people.
Outstanding organisational skills and attention to detail.
Tech-Fluent: Highly tech-savvy with practical experience in G-Suite, Canva and CRM software.
A passion for the arts
Fully willing and able to travel as required by the event schedule.

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for the day-to-day administration of membership operations, including maintaining records, processing new memberships & amendments, handling member enquiries ensuring support across all membership-related activities.
Provide high-level day-to-day support to the Training Team, overseeing complex scheduling, client communications, and database integrity.
Inbox Gatekeeper: Manage high-volume daily correspondence with precision and speed.
Daily Inbox management
Excellent written and spoken communication: Act as a key point of contact, providing an elite level of service to members via polished email and telephone interactions.
Content & Creative: Assist in the design and production of membership materials
Collaboration: Work closely with other members of the team contributing to a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
Provide on-site support for in-person events, training days, and auditions.
