This is a hands-on supervisory role requiring both practical involvement and oversight of logistics processes. The role includes packing, shipping, resolving shipping issues, such as delays and customs holds, and ensuring all items are handled, documented, and delivered efficiently. You will act as a key link between internal teams, clients, and external shipping partners, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
