At our Newcastle branch, the Club Manager is responsible for running the studio, with time split across teaching (50%), class preparation (25%), and administration and promotion (25%). Full training is provided in our teaching methods, with ongoing support from our central team and a national network of art teachers. Working Hours & Schedule: This is a full-time role with a fixed schedule during term time and adjusted hours during school holidays: Tuesday: 13:30 - 21:30 Salary: £25450.00 - 31335.21 per annum. Fixed salary weighted based on experience, which will increase as the studio grows. Promotional opportunities are available every term. Deliver engaging, skill-based programmes tailored to individual needs during term time and fun, interactive sessions during holidays. Monitor progress, prepare personalised learning plans, and create a safe, inspiring space for students to flourish. Build strong relationships with students and parents through regular progress updates.
Take part in a two-year training programme covering teaching methods, art techniques, child development, and business administration, with additional bespoke training available. Continuously develop artistic and teaching skills to enhance class delivery.
Oversee studio operations, materials, and team management. Mentor and motivate staff, track growth and retention, and uphold art-K's standards. Engage the local community, coordinate events, manage bookings per GDPR, and follow safeguarding and H&S policies.How to Apply
