Art Tutor
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Art Tutor to deliver our 14-week adult art courses.1-2 days per week. Classes take place ever week on Thursdays and Fridays, from 9:30 am to 5pm. These classes are designed for beginners and improvers, providing students with step-by-step guidance to develop their skills across a variety of artistic mediums, including pencil drawing, oil pastels, watercolours, and acrylics.
Location:
The position is based in Carshalton, with classes held at a local venue accessible to the community.
salary:
This position offers a daily rate of £125
As a Tutor, You Will:
- Deliver weekly art lessons to adult students, following a structured curriculum provided by us.
- Guide students through hands-on activities in drawing, pastels, watercolours, and acrylics.
- Offer step-by-step demonstrations and support students in mastering techniques such as shading, perspective, and colour mixing.
- Foster a friendly, supportive learning environment that encourages creativity and confidence.
- Provide constructive feedback to help students complete a series of projects, leading to a final art showcase.
Your role is to teach, inspire, and ensure a positive and enjoyable experience for all participants.
