Job Summary

Runaway Entertainment is seeking a proactive and capable ASM Bookcover for 101 Dalmatians the Musical.

Job Description

As ASM Bookcover, you will support the Stage Management team in all aspects of rehearsals and performances, while also covering the DSM when required. This is an excellent opportunity for an ASM ready to take on added responsibility and develop DSM skills.

Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the running of the rehearsal room
  • Track props, scenic elements and backstage logistics
  • Maintain up-to-date cue sheets and show paperwork
  • Shadow the DSM to learn the show and be prepared to call it if needed
  • Assist with communication between departments and ensure smooth show operations

Job Responsibilities

Essential Criteria

  • Experience as an ASM on mid to large scale productions
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently
  • Understanding of prompt book maintenance and cue calling
  • Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
