Job Summary

IMG Artists is recruiting for an Assistant Artist Manager or Senior Assistant Artist Manager in our London office to work with our Conductors and Instrumentalists Artist Managers. The role entails managing the day-to-day administration enabling the Artist Managers to develop the careers of Artists.

Job Description

Responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining an accurate diary for each artist on the IMG Artists scheduling and database system.
  • Liaising with promoters to coordinate all logistic support and maintain positive day-to-day contact with the artists.
  • Working with PR or record companies to schedule interviews and appearances.
  • Producing itineraries for artists.
  • Facilitating visas for artists.
  • Maintaining accurate financial records and facilitate invoicing, liaising with accountants and finance team.
  • Crafting of sales materials in conjunction with Artist Manager.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Assistant Artist Manager up to one years' experience in a similar role; Senior Assistant Artist Manager over one years' experience in a similar role.
  • Intelligent and a quick learner with a strong interest in classical music.
  • Excellent organisation skills and the ability to multi-task effectively, prioritising where necessary.
  • Excellent eye for detail.
  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.

Starting salary £27,000 – £31,000 per annum plus benefits depending on experience. This is a full-time role working 35 hours per week (2 days per week from the office).
