The Assistant Head of Programmes supports the Head of Programmes with the operational coordination, delivery and quality of Pinc College's Post16 study programmes across designated campuses. The role ensures high quality teaching, inclusive practice, good student progress and a consistently positive campus experience. Working under the direction of the Head of Programmes, the Deputy provides day to day leadership of campus operations, safeguarding support, SEND implementation, data accuracy, and team coordination. The Assistant Head of Programmes acts as an operational lead in the Head of Programmes' absence and contributes to continuous improvement across curriculum, quality and student experience.
