- Ensuring, with the Production Manager, the Company Manager, Stage Manager and Deputy Stage Manager, the continuing integrity of the company and smooth running of performances throughout the Production's life - [Book Cover Only] once trained by the Deputy Stage Manager, cueing the Production in a consistent and accurate manner - Assisting in any preparation for the Production and the maintenance of paperwork necessary for its smooth running - Ensuring that relevant rehearsal notes and production meeting notes are actioned - Acting on any show report notes and reporting any issues to the Production Manager - Assisting with ensuring the company's welfare and checking that Health and Safety regulations are met in both rehearsals and the theatre - Being responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of all set elements and props - Being involved in the load out/load in to venues - Attending promotional events such as publicity and photographic calls, press and media interviews and press junkets - Providing accurate time sheets on a weekly basis - Having good knowledge of the Producer's health and safety policies and ensuring that requirements in relation to health and safety are met within the department - Upholding and promoting at all times the Manager's Child Protection Policy and related procedures and guidelines.
