The Assistant Visitor Experience Manager will support the smooth daily operation of the museum and help ensure every visitor receives an excellent welcome and experience. You will work closely with Visitor Experience management to coordinate staffing, lead and motivate VE Assistants, and support safe and efficient public area operations. Key areas of focus include: We are looking for someone who brings: - Experience delivering excellent customer service in a public facing environment and confidence leading and motivating teams. - Strong organisational, administrative and time management skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
