Job Description

After 5 years in post, our Curator Becky Gee will take a career break this year to complete her PhD from Teesside University and MIMA (Middlesbrough Institute of Modern Art).

We are excited to announce an amazing opportunity to join us as Associate Curator (Fixed Term) at Artlink Hull | 87 Gallery.

Working closely with the CEO, the Associate Curator will lead on the programming, planning and delivery of 87 Gallery's visual art programme, Streams. You will oversee the development of high quality exhibitions, commissioning artists from under represented backgrounds, encouraging experimentation in the production of ambitious new work. You will provide high-quality arts experiences for audiences, embedding dialogue and co-creation in our commissioning process and supporting the symbiotic relationship between our exhibitions and our learning and participation programmes.
