Essential Experience & Knowledge Essential Skills & Attributes Desirable Experience & Knowledge Our new Associate Producer will play an integral role in developing, making and touring our mid-scale productions, connecting with artists and audiences across the country. We're looking for someone with solid experience in producing who is ready to take on a new challenge in a small and ambitious team. Someone who is ready to get stuck in, support a range of projects across new work, artist development, digital and community engagement, and work with us to push Headlong into the future. The Associate Producer will work closely with Headlong's Producer to ensure that our productions are professionally and efficiently realised. The successful applicant will administer a number of key production and office systems and databases. They will play a big role to ensure we take a holistic company wide approach to connecting with artists, partners, audiences and communities. The Associate Producer will also support the reporting needs of Arts Council England and the management of donor events.
