Purpose of the job: The Audience Development Officer plays a key role in supporting the Programme Director and the wider delivery team. This role provides audience development, marketing, communications and community engagement support across the project, ensuring information flows efficiently, systems are well managed, communities are welcomed and cultural activities are promoted clearly, inclusively and in an engaging manner. What is the role?: The Audience Development Officer will support the Programme Director for Gosport Routes, a three-year Creative People and Places programme funded by Arts Council England. This is an exceptional opportunity to help shape a cultural movement that will transform access to arts and creativity for the community of Gosport.
