Ballet teacher- London, Ballet North

Ballet North is currently looking for lead teachers to join their diverse and talented team as from mid February 2025.

An opportunity has arisen for experienced and motivated dance teachers to join our team. We are looking for warm and approachable teachers, equally able to engage students and also work with our families.

A dance degree, teaching qualification, or relevant professional experience are essential. Experience teaching syllabus (IDTA preferred but RAD or ISTD also valuable) and ability to set choreographies for our students to perform will be key for successfully applying for this role.

The successful candidate will be a strong class leader, able to teach students as young as 18 months (Parent and toddler classes) all the way to Grade 1 (IDTA) and beyond.

The current opening is for classes on Friday afternoon in East London (E5) and Saturday morning in Islington (N1)

Public liability insurance and up to date DBS are required for this role. We offer opportunities for training and progression, and a starting rate of £32 per hour.
