We're looking for a dynamic, friendly Bar Manager to lead The Glitch's hospitality offer. As a registered charity, our bar is a vital source of income for us, so we're looking for someone to really take the reins and deliver strong financial performance and excellent customer experience across the board. Directly managed by our Artistic Director/General Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring the overall smooth running of the venue's bar and events operations in the evenings. You'll work 3 evenings on the floor, and 2 daytimes each week (to deliver the more administrative elements of the role, including finance, bookings and rota management). Wethink this role willbe a great fit for any hospitality professionals with experience managing or assistant-managing an events-led venue. Experience growing bar sales and delivering strong financial performance
Experience of managing Health and Safety, Fire, and Licensing compliance
Personal licence holder
