Barista Role Responsibilities: The cafe is open Monday-Friday, with the following typical shift patterns: Hours are variable due to the nature of the work, but we would typically expect to offer 2-3 shifts a week of 5.5 hours each. Front of House Role Responsibilities: Performances typically happen Tuesday-Saturday at 7:30pm, with 3pm Saturday matinees, and occasional 2pm Thursday community matinees. A typical evening shift starts at 5:30pm and finishes no later than 11pm. Hours are variable due to the nature of the work, but we would typically expect to offer 2-3 shifts a week of 5.5 hours each during show runs. There will also be opportunities to progress towards Duty Management if desired.
