The Bid Manager will work with our team to project manage high quality tender returns, oversee the pipeline of new business opportunities and keep us to time and quality standards. We want someone who can lead the development and implementation of internal systems, create compelling content and showcase the Counterculture brand to our clients and future clients. The Bid Manager will provide essential support to the Director, Business Development and Events. The successful candidate will lead on the strategic development and delivery of tenders and proposals to deliver improved conversion rates and secure new contracts for the business. We require a confident individual who can drive change and shape new, more effective ways of working.
