Box Office Clerks play a key role in the smooth running of the Box Office operations. They are responsible for selling tickets to customers in person, responding to requests by telephone or email, and upselling and maximising income whenever possible. The successful applicant should be a team player, with experience of providing first-class customer service, an ability to demonstrate excellent communication skills across multiple platforms and be comfortable using computers and learning new systems. Previous Box Office experience is not essential. We welcome all candidates with transferable skills which meet the job description criteria. The contract offered is on-site role based on 40 hours per week with the possibility of overtime, and involves daytime and evening work, Monday - Sunday.
