The Coordinator is responsible for the overall running of the St George's Box Office - a core part of the organisation. The Coordinator's role is office-based, looking after administration around St George's ticketed events; the Coordinator also manages our pool of casual Box Office assistants, who staff the customer-facing Box Office desk during opening hours. The Coordinator works closely with multiple teams across St George's including (but not limited to) Marketing, Events and Operations, Finance, Development, and Caf Bar. We're looking for someone who's great with people, and has strong administrative attention-to-detail. Our Coordinator will care about ensuring that our customers have an excellent experience with St George's: whether that's in person, over the phone, or online. This role would be well-suited to someone with existing front-of-house sales and management experience, along with systems and administrative communications experience. While existing Box Office experience in a performing arts/entertainment context is desirable, this role could also be an excellent fit for someone with comparable experience in the hospitality, retail and leisure sectors who has a passion for live music and spoken word events. Please email a single-page letter stating why you think you are suited to this role, plus your CV (no longer than 2 sides of A4), to [email protected]Job Summary
