Proven experience in multi site facilities or estates management within public facing environments. Strong track record in statutory compliance, planned maintenance, and hard/soft FM. Solid knowledge of UK Health & Safety legislation, risk management, and audits. Skilled in managing contractors, SLAs, and capital projects. Understanding of sustainability principles and applying environmental strategies. Collaborative across departments with familiarity in IT systems supporting building operations. Experienced line manager focused on team development. Holds relevant FM, Building Services, or H&S qualifications, including NEBOSH/IOSH, with commitment to CPD. Strong planning, analytical, and financial skills, able to interpret compliance and operational data. Confident communicator, adaptable, solutions focused, resilient, and aligned with Landmark Theatres' values, promoting inclusion, wellbeing, integrity, and positive cross team relationships. Lead day to day management of Landmark Theatres' estate across North Devon and Peterborough, ensuring venues are safe, compliant, well maintained, and operational. Oversee planned/reactive maintenance, cleaning, utilities, security, waste, asset records, budgets, and contractor performance. Coordinate with Technical and Production teams and act as key contact for landlords and authorities. Serve as Health & Safety lead, managing statutory compliance, audits, risk assessments, incident investigations, and staff training. Drive sustainability strategy aligned with the Theatre Green Book, monitoring targets and embedding environmental best practice. Oversee IT infrastructure, suppliers, cybersecurity, and system integration. Manage capital projects and reporting. Provide leadership for facilities staff, promoting an inclusive, safe culture and effective cross venue operations while upholding organisational policies and values. Landmark Theatres Ltd operates regional venues in North Devon and Peterborough, presenting a wide range of arts and cultural activity including major touring productions, live music, comedy, dance, new writing, and in house productions such as Musicals, Drama, Family shows, and the annual Peterborough Pantomime. Our venues include Queen's Theatre Barnstaple (650 seats), Landmark Theatre Ilfracombe (450), New Theatre Peterborough (1,100) and the Key Theatre (112 & 360).
