Cafe Bar Supervisor, Mercury Theatre

We are looking for an experienced enthusiastic and entrepreneurial Cafe Bar Supervisor to join our team.

Do you have a proven record of delivering excellent customer services in a caf bar setting? The Cafe Bar Supervisor, working with the Customer Experience Supervisors, is key to delivering great customer service and the Mercury's welcome to the public.

The Mercury's Cafe Bar is a great place to meet friends, or to stop for lunch or a light supper before seeing a show and then stay for a drink after, or even to just come for a drink outside on a warm summer evening. We are looking for a supervisor who is great with customers and can get the best out of a staff team during a fast paced service.

If you have the ability to successfully handle the multiple demands on the cafe bar, from ensuring delivery of pre-theatre drinks and snacks, cake after a class, and after show events, we want to hear from you!

We are open to applicants seeking a full time role or a 20-hour job share. This role requires you to work weekends and evenings.
