Cafe & Bars Supervisor, Rose Theatre

Do you have previous experience supervising a large team and enjoy the buzz the hospitality industry can bring? Then you could be our next Caf & Bar Supervisor. Your job will be to work alongside our Bars & Catering Management team to ensure smooth running of our theatre cafe and bars operations.

In this role you will help oversee daily cafe operations as well as planning for and supporting events and performances throughout our busy theatre. You will be hard working and able to demonstrate initiative whilst working alone and when supervising team members. You will step in as shift-leader when required, helping to maintain smooth operations and high standards at all times.

Hours are flexible and worked on a shift pattern to include weekdays, evenings and weekends. We believe in excellent service, high quality and a great team dynamic in an inclusive and supportive environment.

Successful candidates will need to demonstrate punctuality, reliability, great communication skills and know how to ensure our customers always receive outstanding service.

Hourly rate: £12.80

Weekly Hours: minimum 24 hours
