The Role We're looking for a highly organised and versatile Campaign Delivery & Operations Manager to be the operational heartbeat of our agency. You'll oversee campaigns from start to finish, manage our distribution team, handle print production, and run day-to-day office operations. You'll also help optimise processes - including supporting the implementation of a CRM to reduce manual tasks and improve efficiency. This is a hands-on role with a strategic mindset - perfect for someone who thrives under pressure and loves seeing projects delivered seamlessly. This role is based in our Brighton office 5 days a week.
