Ground Up Media is a full-service media agency working with some of the UK's most exciting brands in Music, Art, Entertainment and Culture. We specialise in Media Planning & Buying, Paid Digital Strategy, and Print Production & Distribution. Our clients include festival promoters, record labels, museums, galleries, and cultural venues. In 2025 alone, we've worked with brands such as Festival Republic, AWAL, Warp Records, Kilimanjaro Live, Charleston, Kew Gardens, Brighton Fringe, Love Supreme Festival, Live Nation, and London Jazz Festival.

The Role

We're looking for a highly organised and versatile Campaign Delivery & Operations Manager to be the operational heartbeat of our agency. You'll oversee campaigns from start to finish, manage our distribution team, handle print production, and run day-to-day office operations. You'll also help optimise processes - including supporting the implementation of a CRM to reduce manual tasks and improve efficiency. This is a hands-on role with a strategic mindset - perfect for someone who thrives under pressure and loves seeing projects delivered seamlessly. This role is based in our Brighton office 5 days a week.

Job Requirements

About You

  • Experience in production management, operations, or a similar role in media, creative, or agency environments.
  • Excellent organisation and administration skills - able to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • Strategic thinker with problem-solving skills and a process improvement mindset.
  • Comfortable managing a small team and freelancers with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives under pressure.
  • Eager to take ownership and make a real impact in a growing creative agency.
  • Bonus: Passion for music, arts, and culture (not essential but a plus!).

Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage print production, ensuring client artwork is delivered correctly and on time.
  • Coordinate campaign delivery: schedule teams, oversee posters, flyers, and all forms of out of home media, and ensure timely reporting.
  • Lead and support the distribution team (2 staff + freelancers), planning rotas strategically.
  • Handle day-to-day office operations: liaise with suppliers and oversee admin.
  • Manage budgets and invoices: track staff and supplier costs, log spend and approve invoices.
  • Drive process improvements and support CRM implementation to optimise workflows.
  • Work closely with clients and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery and strong relationships.
