Job Description

We are looking for a strategic, commercially minded and highly organised Campaign Manager to lead the delivery and performance of marketing campaigns across live entertainment, theatre productions and touring shows. This role sits at the centre of campaign execution - connecting strategy, content, paid media, influencer activity and partnerships. You will ensure campaigns drive ticket sales, deliver against commercial objectives and maintain strong stakeholder relationships. You will manage day-to-day campaign execution across multiple productions, monitor performance metrics including CTR, CPA, ROAS and conversions, and optimise campaigns to improve efficiency and results. You will track ticket sales performance, produce clear client-facing reports and translate data into actionable recommendations. The role also includes coordinating activity across internal teams, liaising with venues and ticket agents, and maintaining campaign continuity in the absence of the Digital Marketing Manager. You will be confident analysing performance data, identifying growth opportunities and ensuring campaigns remain aligned with revenue targets. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on both performance marketing and creative judgement within a fast-paced live entertainment environment.

Job Requirements

3-5+ years' experience in campaign or performance marketing Strong understanding of paid digital advertising and optimisation Proven ability to analyse data and improve campaign performance Commercial mindset focused on conversion and revenue Experience managing multiple campaigns simultaneously Strong organisational and project management skills Confident communicator with client-facing experience Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams Strong copy and messaging judgement Desirable: Experience in theatre, touring or live entertainment; understanding of ticketing platforms; knowledge of tracking, pixels and attribution.

Job Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day campaign execution across multiple productions Monitor and optimise paid media performance (CTR, CPA, ROAS) Track ticket sales and produce clear performance reports Identify trends, growth opportunities and revenue drivers Coordinate strategy, content, paid media and influencer teams Liaise with venues and ticket agents Maintain campaign performance and tracking accuracy Deputise for the Digital Marketing Manager when required Escalate significant issues and ensure commercial alignment
