Our Co-leadership roles are designed to have separate day-to-day responsibilities, but with shared responsibility for the vision and financial sustainability of the organisation as a whole. This 'dual' approach to co-leadership typically involves 40-70% shared decisions and duties. The two leadership roles are defined as: - Co-Director (Operations and Finance), 3 days a week (0.75)* Everyday operates with a flexible 4 day working week.
