About the Role: This role plays a central part in delivering high-quality communications across Southwark Music. You will: Lead on internal and external communications, ensuring consistency and alignment with organisational priorities Plan and deliver targeted communication campaigns for key projects Produce engaging and accessible content across multiple platforms, including website, social media, email, and digital channels Act as a key point of contact for communication within the service Support strategic objectives by connecting schools, young people, families and partners through effective messaging About You: We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, creative, and organised, with a strong ability to communicate effectively. You will demonstrate: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience in managing digital content and communication channels. Ability to plan and deliver targeted campaigns. Confidence working independently with minimal supervision. Strong organisational skills and ability to work under pressure.
