The Communications Officer is responsible for implementing effective marketing and PR campaign plans for the April - July programme and preparing campaigns for September to December 2025. They will drive audience development objectives and related strategies that meet the needs of existing and potential audiences. They will deliver existing campaigns and be the first point of call for external partners in relation to all things communications. They will work alongside the Community Producer, Digital Content Coordinator, Creative Assistant and freelance communications teams. They will ensure the Creative Crawley and associated brands are represented appropriately in all areas of activity and our partners are represented correctly in relation to the partnerships. All the work the company does has community engagement at its heart. The whole staff team are involved in talking to, collaborating with and listening to local people to help shape the programme.
