Salary: £12,800 - £14,400 pro-rata (£32,000-£36,000 FTE)

Apply by: Tuesday 26th August 2025 at 9:00am BST

We're a small but ambitious arts charity on an exciting journey. We are transforming a half-acre industrial heritage site - New River Head Clerkenwell - into the national centre for illustration and a home for Quentin Blake's archive.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and experienced person to join our team as Community Partnerships Producer, prior to the opening of the Quentin Blake Centre for Illustration in spring 2026.

The Community Partnerships Producer will be responsible for developing and maintaining partnerships with community stakeholders across Islington, Camden and the New River boroughs of Hackney, Haringey and Enfield. They will continually build our understanding of local needs and co-develop, deliver and evaluate activity that responds to these in the context of our strategic goals in collaboration with community organisations, freelancer illustrators and learning, curatorial, operational colleagues and our Access Consultant.

They will play a leading role in the design of and recruitment to our volunteering programme and will develop residencies and projects with community groups with a particular emphasis on meeting local needs. They will ensure an inclusive experience for visitors with additional needs and create robust routes for long-term engagement of under-represented audience groups.
