This is a part-time (0.6) on-site role for a Company Administrator at Eloquent Dance in Birmingham.

Hours: 0.6, 24 hours per week

(Working days: Mon, Wed, Fri (WFH) and Sat)

The Company Administrator will support the day-to-day smooth running of this busy company that produces a wide range of performing arts opportunities. The Company Administrator will be the first point of contact for many people, and so will need to be friendly, welcoming and have an adaptable approach at all times.

This role involves a varied range of tasks, and working with people in all areas of the company including students, teachers, parents, artists, other staff and occasionally Board Trustees.

The Company Administrator role requires an organised and efficient approach, and ability to respond to unexpected / last minute requests and needs.

Job Responsibilities

Administrative Duties:

Maintain accurate records of student enrollment, contact information, and attendance.

Assist in scheduling classes, rehearsals, and parent-teacher conferences.

Take a lead on managing invoices and billing for our in house class schedule and ensure payments are up to date and no invoices are left outstanding.

Managing the access of pupils and parents to the premises, dealing with any concerns or questions, and ensuring that all students are in the right place at the right time.

Making every effort to greet students and family members by name on arrival at the studio, making them feel as welcome as possible, and conversing with them about their lessons.

Taking lesson bookings and assisting with the administration of the teaching timetable.

Provide a comprehensive and high quality administrative and PA support, including proactively coordinating and researching work required for meetings, attending high level meetings.
