Job Description

Overview of Role:

Disney Theatrical Group is seeking a Company Management/Creative Intern for the upcoming Bristol production of Disney's The Greatest Showman. Are you passionate about theatre and the creative process behind the scenes? This internship is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in company management and creative production on a large-scale musical.

As a Company Management/Creative Intern, you'll work alongside the Company Management and Creative teams from the very first day of rehearsals through to opening night. You'll play a key role in providing administrative support and completing runner tasks, such as updating crew and company documents, observing rehearsals, and assisting wherever needed.

You'll also help coordinate travel and accommodation, assist with dressing room setups and theatre move-ins, and contribute to opening night preparations. Previous theatre experience isn't required - just a genuine enthusiasm for theatre!

What We're Looking For:

  • Enthusiasm to Learn: Eager to develop new skills and take on challenges.
  • Deadline-Oriented: Ability to work to deadlines and effectively under pressure.
  • Team Player: Works well both independently and collaboratively.
  • Flexible Availability: Willing to work evenings and weekends as required.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Theatre Skills (Desirable): Interest in theatre production or the creative process - experience helpful but not essential.

Additional Information

  • Location: London rehearsals and Bristol previews
  • Contract Type: Fixed-Term
  • Start Date: January 2026
  • End Date: April 2026
  • Hours: 40 hours per week
  • Schedule: Tuesday to Sunday (evening and weekend show schedule)
  • Health & Safety: This role will require the candidate to understand and follow the Health and Safety Rules & Regulations at the production.
  • This role is offered with a competitive salary and travel/accommodation provisions.
