Job Summary

We are looking for two junior Operations Assistants to join our growing company. One will be based in our London office in Kings Cross, the other in our Edinburgh office in the east end of the Meadows. The Operations Assistants will provide administrative support to ensure our smooth running.

Job Description

The Role:

  • Booking freelance project teams.
  • Checking project teams are onsite and have what they need.
  • Booking accommodation and transport.
  • Creating itineraries.
  • Collecting and collating results.
  • Database management.
  • Ad hoc administrative tasks as required.

The Details:

The role required is 7 days per week thus it will be split between the 2 people. We are open to individuals who are seeking full-time or part- time work, ultimately finding a pair who complement each other both in skillset and lifestyle. There will be 1 (or 2) day per week where both Operations Assistants work for crossover purposes. For example, the London Operations Assistant could work Monday-Thursday and the Edinburgh Operations Assistant Thursday-Sunday.

The role will be office based during the initial training period, moving to a hybrid working pattern split between office and home working.

The Remuneration:

  • Real Living Wage + 10%

London - £15.23 p/hr, fulltime position £31,674, 4 days per week £25,343, 3 days per week £19,004

Edinburgh - £13.86 p/hr, fulltime position £28,828, 4 days per week £23,063, 3 days per week £17,287

  • 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays
  • Full Bupa Gold private health cover after a 6-month probationary period.

The role required is 7 days per week thus it will be split between the 2 people. We are open to individuals who are seeking full-time or part- time work, ultimately finding a pair who complement each other both in skillset and lifestyle.
