TVF International, the UK’s leading distributor of award-winning factual programming to the international market, is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic graduate to join our vibrant and rapidly expanding team.

Job Description

Upon completion of the three-month traineeship, the successful candidate will become a permanent member of the Content Operations team. This is a hands-on, client-facing position at the heart of international TV distribution. You'll work closely with producers, broadcasters and internal teams to ensure our programmes are delivered accurately, efficiently and to the highest technical standards. You'll also provide general marketing and administrative support directed towards the successful operation of TVF International. You'll gain exposure to every stage of the delivery process, including: - Coordinating incoming materials from worldwide producers in line with TVF Technical Requirements and delivery deadlines. - Managing outgoing deliveries to global broadcasters and streaming platforms. - Reviewing technical specifications of global broadcasters and advising Sales Executives on content availability, materials costs, and delivery timelines. - Ensuring the highest level of service throughout delivery of broadcast materials and troubleshooting material rejections. - Managing and updating internal MAM systems and content databases. - Uploading screening materials to the TVF website. - Preparing metadata documents and marketing materials. - Using Adobe Premiere Pro to remove ad breaks, export screeners, and create simple promo clips. - Supporting cross-departmental collaboration with Sales, Acquisitions, Finance, Systems, and Post-Production. Job Requirements

Knowledge and Skills: - Excellent time-management skills - Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Meticulous attention to detail - Confidence working both independently and as part of a team - Comfortable working to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment - Strong IT literacy and confidence working with databases and systems - Basic knowledge of Premiere Pro (desirable but not essential) - An interest in file formats, broadcast specifications and how content moves from production to platform - A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and genuine enthusiasm for documentary programming All candidates should have an excellent educational background (2:1 and above) and demonstrate a clear interest in documentary programming.
