Each of our Partnerships has a unique focus from our world-renowned exhibition programme, ground-breaking performances and unique artist commissions to wide-reaching learning, research and community programmes. Day-to-day, you'll support the Corporate Partnerships Account Managers and work with a wide range of Tate colleagues from across the organisation to look after a varied and interesting portfolio of our sector-leading corporate partnerships. You will also have the opportunity to lead on the account management of select partnerships within your portfolio. You will assist with every aspect of partnership delivery, from day-to-day management of accounts through to planning and organising bespoke events and activations that create interesting and cutting-edge opportunities that support corporate partner objectives and shared values. You will lead on partnership and programme evaluation and reporting and you'll work with the Corporate Partnerships Account Managers to steward relationships with our Partners. We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative individual that excels in a fast-paced environment. Support Account Managers in delivering partnership benefits and activations across
Tate's four sites and digital platforms.
Coordinate partner Crediting across all printed and digital materials, ensuring timely
approvals with internal and external stakeholders.
Represent Tate in meetings with Corporate Partners; organise and lead project
meetings, ensuring timely delivery of agreed actions.
Liaise with internal teams to deliver partnership benefits
Maintain accurate records in Raiser's Edge, including Contact Updates, benefit usage,
meeting notes, and financial data.
Monitor benefit trackers, Critical paths, and ensure timely processing of invoices and
partner payments.
Assist with the preparation and distribution of event briefings, memos, and post - event communications.
Gather data to produce detailed evaluation reports and regular updates, showcasing
