Craft Workshop Leaders - London (Seasonal), The Crafty Hen

We are specifically looking for people who can cover the Central & Greater London areas with weekday availability to primarily support our corporate events.

While early to be planning; we are specifically seeking people to support with our festive events, so we are seeking people with plenty of availability during November & December 2025 roughly 17/11 - 20/12 -weekdays afternoon and evenings for ad hoc work.

We are primarily seeking workshop leaders, rather than assistants for this. We anticipate slow (paid) on the job training with occasional events between now and the end of the year, and some additional festive event training in Autumn. Meaning new folks are ready to hit the ground running when we get to the festive season.

Your own transport is helpful, and those with it will be given priority, but we will consider applications without. We are seeking to increase our pool of people who can support our corporate events, therefore folks who have good flexibility or work fully freelance and have space for a bit of occasional extra work would be ideal.

We are looking for people who will bring a sense of fun during the activities, as well as sharing skills with our participants. The majority of our clients are unfamiliar with craft techniques, and need an approach that guides them in gently. Our key client groups include hen parties, corporate events, special birthdays & baby showers; participants can vary massively in craft experience and ability. We also work with a variety of ages, though we predominantly cater to adults.
