About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and creative individual to join our Battersea team as Creative Assistant Manager. This role is pivotal to the launch of our new Battersea store, envisioned as a flagship for creativity and community engagement.

The Creative Assistant Manager will work closely with the Store Manager and wider team to deliver a dynamic store experience, with a particular focus on artist collaborations, workshop programming, and creative customer activations. Alongside this, you will support in driving sales, achieving KPIs, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and supervise the store's creative programme, including artist outreach, workshops, and in-store activations.

  • Support with planning and delivering events that reflect Moleskine's brand values and connect with the Battersea community.

  • Manage relationships with artists, partners, and workshop leaders, ensuring smooth communication and organisation.

  • Assist the Store Manager in daily operations, including sales performance, staff development, and operational excellence.

  • Act as a role model on the shop floor, driving sales and delivering excellent customer service.

  • Contribute to creating a collaborative and inspiring team culture.

Skills & Experience

  • Previous retail management or supervisory experience.

  • Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Confidence in building relationships with external partners and leading activations.

  • Results-oriented with proven ability to drive sales and meet KPIs.
