Job Description
1.Organisation and management of one large scale event at a partner venue, to engage with around 300 students. Event to include a range of creative professionals displaying and sharing information about their creative careers.
2.Coordination of a work experience information session at a partner venue, targeting partners in our creative network and educational staff working in CEIAG.
3.Design and organise a CPD Networking session to be hosted at a partner venue, targeted at our teaching and creative educators network, sharing guidance on teaching creative careers.
4.Work with our Programme Director to develop a creative careers workshop offer based on our existing creative careers resources, suitable for KS3 &4.
5.Promote and deliver creative careers workshops in 3-5 school settings working towards agreed outcomes set by
6.Work with our evaluation partner to report on outcomes and outputs.
The contract will run from September 2025 to March 2026.Job Requirements
Job Responsibilities
Ensure that all activity is delivered on time and on budget.
Provide progress updates to PiCL Programme Director, including review and evaluation of programme outputs and KPI targets.
Complete relevant programme reporting, manage the collection and collation of data related to the project and participants for evaluation, liaising and sharing information with external evaluators working on the project.
Implementation of and adherence to PiCL safeguarding policies and procedures in addition to working with the schools around their safeguarding practices. Ensure that all relevant legislation is observed in delivering programmes, including safeguarding, health and safety, Equality Act and UK GDPR compliance.
Undertake environmental and health & safety risk assessments and regularly update in accordance with PiCL procedures.Useful Links
