Icon is searching for a dynamic, creative and passionate Community Engagement Manager to join our small, dedicated team. This role involves management of existing programmes of work, as well as strategic planning and development of new co-created projects that empower participants and foster community growth. The manager will work closely with the Artistic Director to ensure the success of Icon's award-winning creative engagement programmes and community partnerships, while maintaining high standards of safeguarding and effective management of resources and personnel. The Creative Engagement Manager will manage and oversee Icon's Young People's Programme including Icon's youth theatres and youth club, oversee our Arts & Health and adults programmes, and develop innovative new projects for schools and communities.
