Creative Part Time Sales Associate, Case London Ltd

Hours: 22.5 or 3 days per week

Pay: £12.21ph plus 2% commission on personal sales and monthly bonuses

What will you be doing?

Customer Experience & Sales

• Be a brand ambassador: share the story of Moleskine and connect with customers in an authentic, inspiring way.
• Elevate the retail experience by delivering friendly, attentive service and personalised recommendations.
• Drive sales through confident upselling and product storytelling.
• Handle customer questions with empathy and professionalism.

Creative Engagement

• Support and host in-store workshops, artist collaborations, and creative events.
• Inspire customers to use Moleskine products as tools for self-expression, sketching, journaling, and creativity.
• Contribute ideas for activations and activities that make our Battersea store a true Creative Hub.

Visual Merchandising & Product Presentation

• Ensure the store looks beautiful and inspiring every day.
• Create product displays that spark imagination and creativity.

Stock Control & Operations

• Assist in replenishment and delivery processing.
• Keep the stockroom organised and efficient.

Who we're looking for

• Someone with a creative background or passion (art, design, fashion, illustration, creative writing, photography, etc.).
• Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not essential.
• A natural storyteller who enjoys engaging with people.
• Organised, reliable, and proactive with attention to detail.
• Enthusiastic about both selling and inspiring others through creativity.
