We are seeking a dynamic Creative Producer to join the team full-time to be instrumental in building our live performance and content touring programs, participate in planning and strategic work, secure collaborations, engage funders and sponsors, manage multiple projects including simultaneously managing schedules and team communications. CandyBomber Foundation is a small, ambitious and innovative cultural organization dedicated to transforming the arts landscape through novel interdisciplinary collaborations that blend music, dance, visual arts and video gaming to tell meaningful stories. Since our debut with the hip hop We are seeking a person who brings relevant experience, knowlege of and contacts in the cultural sector, and who will enjoy being part of an early stage organization aiming for growth in programming and impact. Having established a strong base through our successful live performance, and through establishment of our charity already offering strong community programming, we are excited by the opportunities ahead to tour our live show, expand our community dance activities, and continue developoing programming at the intersection of music, dance and gaming. Expertise in the gaming sector is not necessary, though enthusiasm for learning about what we're doing at the intersection of tech and performance is important. We're seeking a self starter w knowlege, energy and initiative to take the Creative Producer lead, collaborate with the Artistic Dir./Founder, and engage with us to tell great stories, reach new audiences, foster connection, inspire the underrepresented, and push forward creatively. Our new charity in London continues this work, fostering community engagement through dance workshops, dance battles, video game contests, workshops and other gaming endeavors in addition to live performance. Job Requirements
Proven experience in producing or managing innovative arts projects, festivals, or performances.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of securing funding, sponsorships, or investments.
Deep interest or background in dance, gaming, new media, and interdisciplinary arts.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with artists, stakeholders, and institutional partners.
Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
Experience in event management, touring, and logistics coordination.
Ability to think strategically and creatively in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of the cultural landscape of London and the UK arts funding
environment.
Culturally literate regarding dance, music, dance theatre,and digital art scenes.
Passionate about technological innovation in performance.
Passion for community outreach and diversity in arts programming.
Interest in the gaming space and willingness to learn. Job Responsibilities
Artistic & Project Development: Collaborate with the Founder/Director, artists, and technologists to manage the refresh of the live dance theatre production, support and manage other events, contests and performances aligned with CandyBomber's innovative vision.
Strategic Outreach & Partnerships: Build relationships with venues, sponsors, funders, institutions, and community organizations to support current activities and future projects.
Fundraising & Investment: Develop funding strategies, write proposals, secure grants, sponsorships, and investment to sustain and grow our programmes.
Event & Tour Management: Oversee the planning and execution of upcoming dance battles, workshops, and our flagship FRAY touring initiative, including logistics, budgets, and promotion.
