We are looking to expand our pool of talented Creative Producers that work on our award-winning events. If you feel like you fit the following role requirements , then please get in touch.

Please note, we are largely looking for producers in commutable distance of Leicester city centre. Though work would be undertaken at home, site visits would be needed to our event site.

Job Requirements

Experience & approach:
Passionate about outdoor events for intergenerational audiences
A keen creative eye with exceptional attention to detail
Outstanding project management skills, to include exceptional communication abilities
Innovative with a drive to produce arts experiences to the highest quality
5 years experience curating programmes of work, trails and individual artworks in an outdoor setting
5 years producing light artworks
5 years experience managing multi-artist and multi-supplier based events
Experience working on lighting and sound plans
Experience commissioning soundtracks and artworks
Experience overseeing the installation of assets
Experience working on complex projects that require communication across departments responsible for revenue, marketing and customer communications
Production and/or technical production experience on outdoor light art events
Ability to travel to event locations including on site delivery during build and de-rig

Job Responsibilities

We are looking for a highly skilled Creative Producer who can creatively lead on the development of a new light trail in the West Midlands.

You will be responsible for curating a trail that offers an immersive seasonal experience, bringing a sense of togetherness, joy and fun through light art installations and creative lighting.

You will need to work closely with a range of artists, lighting technicians, production and operations to ensure a high quality experience for every audience member.

You should be passionate about developing new concepts and working with artists, musicians and lighting technicians to see that vision come to life.

You need to have an understanding of intergenerational and multicultural audiences, a fun and curious approach to curation and a desire to push for the very best creative outcome.

This is a project with expected working days of 64 days over 8 months, estimated 8 hours per week though working hours will peak during build.
