Description

Job Description

We are looking for two Creative Producers to realise the ambitions of Side-by-Side collaborating with local communities to deliver a creative community festival in August 2025. This project has connected those at risk of, or facing chronic loneliness.

We are co-creating with Rochdale Borough Council (RBC)'s Virtual School (Cared for Children, C4C), tenants from B1 Homes and our Creative Voices programming panel amongst other community groups and organisations to develop aspirations for what the festival should be, with local 'Creative Activators' and the project Creative Lead Harry Meadley. The programme will feature an array of activities from theatre, music, workshops, talks and some unique events.

You will work with Touchstones and Creative Lead Harry Meadley to realise the ideas from our local community and creatively produce the programme of activity for Side-by-Side alongside our partners, artists and companies. Creative Producers will work with groups
to refine their creativity and ideas throughout 2025.

Side-by-Side will take place in lean-to a bespoke temporary gallery structure, widening participation by popping up in public
spaces such as parks, squares, schools, or community centres. We are seeking highly creative, dynamic, and adept individuals with a passion for participation, inclusion and arts & culture to help us make this happen!
