We are looking for two Creative Producers to realise the ambitions of Side-by-Side collaborating with local communities to deliver a creative community festival in August 2025. This project has connected those at risk of, or facing chronic loneliness. We are co-creating with Rochdale Borough Council (RBC)'s Virtual School (Cared for Children, C4C), tenants from B1 Homes and our Creative Voices programming panel amongst other community groups and organisations to develop aspirations for what the festival should be, with local 'Creative Activators' and the project Creative Lead Harry Meadley. The programme will feature an array of activities from theatre, music, workshops, talks and some unique events. Experience producing work with multiple stakeholders and commissioners
Have strong project/time management skills and relevant experience
Knowledge of marketing and audience development
An understanding of co-creation and socially engaged practice
