The Opportunity

As the studio continues to develop and enters an exciting phase of growth, we're looking for an established Creative Project Manager to join our small creative team in West London.

Responsible for coordinating creative projects from brief to delivery, managing workflows, timelines, budgets, production and deliverables, the candidate will be organised, proactive, and confident with managing multiple projects with skill and insight. This person will be central to the creative team alongside Senior Managers, Designers, Illustrators, Archivists and Curators, as well as point of contact for clients and external production houses. The role involves working across a range of creative disciplines, handling complex project scopes, and ensuring a smooth workflow from beginning to end.

Salary; £35,000 - £42,000 (BOE)

Job Requirements

Essential Skills

  • Previous experience as a Creative Project Manager or equivalent position in an art related environment.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must possess the confidence to liaise with clients and suppliers in a professional manner.

  • Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously with changing priorities and timelines.

  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and a solution-focused approach.

  • Collaborative with the wider Design team and supporting creative individuals

  • Computer literate; with a thorough understanding of planning logistics, spreadsheets, scheduling and ideally an understanding of architectural schemes. Some experience using 'Monday' would be ideal.

  • Adobe proficient / working knowledge of the creative suites, specifically Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator.

  • Understanding and awareness of the sector, its aesthetic and culture

Job Responsibilities

Day to day responsibilities involve:

  • Defining project scope and establishing deliverables

  • Briefing and delegating deliverables to the wider design team

  • Developing client facing design proposals

  • Budgetary planning and preparation of quotations

  • Resource allocation; supporting and coordinating with the team

  • Carrying out site surveys to capture as-built measurements in person, identifying any points of concern, then 'drawing up' the scheme coherently for future use

  • Identifying issues early and problem solving to maintain project schedules.

  • Coordinate suppliers, contractors, freelancers and keep on top of project logistics

  • Manage feedback and approvals with clients. Keep stakeholders informed and aligned.

  • Representing the studio on site for final project installation; ensuring
