Creative Sales Associate - Part Time (22.5h a week) or Full Time (37.5h a week) - (Temporary)
Location: Moleskine - Neal Street
Hours: Flexible - part-time and full-time hours available
Pay: £12.71 per hour + 2% commission on personal sales and monthly bonuses

What will you be doing?

Studio & Workshop Hosting
Be the face of our Neal Street studio, hosting creative workshops and events that bring customers and artists together.
Coordinate and support external artists using the studio space - helping with scheduling, setup, and ensuring their experience runs smoothly.
Lead and assist in-store creative activities that engage our community and bring the Moleskine brand to life.

Customer Experience & Sales
Share the Moleskine story authentically and act as a brand ambassador on the shop floor.
Support daily and weekly sales targets and key KPIs (UPT, ATV, CRM) when on the retail floor.

Visual Merchandising & Store Presentation
Maintain a beautiful and inspiring store at all times.
Assist with visual merchandising to ensure displays spark imagination and support campaigns, promotions, and seasonal flows.

Operations & Stock Control
Process deliveries, organise stock, and keep the stockroom running smoothly.
Support cash handling, till operations, and compliance with retail procedures.

Who we're looking for
Someone with experience in retail, events, or customer-facing roles.
A natural host and storyteller who enjoys connecting with people and making them feel welcome.
Organised and proactive, with the ability to coordinate artists and manage a shared creative space.
A genuine interest in art, design, or creative expression.
