With a strong digital presence (90% of our sales come from online), we work closely with interior designers and private clients, many of whom return to us again and again. Where You'll Work Our studio/showroom is a hidden gem tucked away in a peaceful village corner of North London, just five minutes from the Overground and Northern Line. Bright, spacious, and full of natural light, our creative space includes a fully equipped kitchen, a shower for runners and cyclists, and a very friendly studio dog. Expect a supportive, hands-on environment with room to grow. Assist with photography, styling, and creative projects Build product pages and manage client testimonials Send newsletters using Klaviyo (training provided) Update products and stock on our WordPress/WooCommerce site Manage ex-display rugs and keep web content current Maintain a tidy, inspiring studio/showroom environment Organise colour poms, supplies, and studio handbook Pack, track, and dispatch rug orders with care Coordinate deliveries and manage shipping records Receive, label, and store rugs; monitor and reorder stock Ensure stock accuracy online and internally Liaise with our bookkeeper to manage invoices and records Work closely with the Creative Director in this varied, hands-on role in a vibrant design studio Please write “Creative Studio Manager” along with your name in the subject and send your CV and a covering letter to Sonya at: Applicants must have the unrestricted right to work in the UK and be able to provide references.Job Summary
