Job Summary

We are looking for someone versatile and personable, with strong admin and creative skills, to support a Neurodivergent artist at an arts festival over 3 days. The pay is £15/hr, with a meal and petrol allowance. 20 hours of work in total

Job Description

The successful candidate will shadow the lead artist throughout a 3 day arts festival:

* to support in the capture of BTS footage and audio,

* to take notes,

* to organise contacts and follow-up actions as indicated by the artist.

* have a current UK driver's license.

Ideally, this should be an individual with loads of energy, and the desire to participate in the decision making process.

The work may include driving short distances during the festival.

Applicants will be paid an hourly rate, and be allocated a daily food and petrol allowance.

Applicants who need accommodation for the duration of the gig should indicate this in their application.

Job Requirements

We are looking for a candidate who can demonstrate the ability to problem-solve with Neurodivergent clients.

Specific awareness of how to overcome the barriers ND people face when deciphering NT environments is essential.

Cultural competence, and a demonstrated experience of working with diverse clients/communities, are essential.

We are committed to being inclusive of applicants from marginalised groups, especially Black and Queer applicants.

We would prefer the applicant to have a driver's license, and ideally access to their own vehicle, however outstanding applicants will be considered regardless.

This role:

* would suit someone interested in multidisciplinary artforms.

* includes audio and video recording throughout the event, and note-taking.

* would appeal to an enthusiastic, entry-level creative and or arts administrative professional or student.

Job Responsibilities
