Rochelle is a long-established creative workspace provider in London's East End, providing studios to more than 125 creative industry professionals, some of whom are world renowned. We also host two hire spaces and a separately managed restaurant. The Studio Support Worker is a key role in assisting the smooth running of all operations related to building and tenant management. The role is largely front-facing with the opportunity to meet and support a large range of creative professionals. The ideal candidate will have warm, clear, and confident communication skills, ensuring a positive experience for the creative professionals in our workspaces. They should enjoy working with people and have an interest in the creative arts and some knowledge of building management (or willing to learn). They must have a very high standard of administration and organisation skills and have strong problem solving skills. Various Health Safety, SIA and First Aid courses will be provided They will be organised, detail oriented, and able to handle sensitive data and documents professionally and with care. They will have strong time management skills and will be technically literate, familiar with MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite. The working pattern includes a fixed weekly workday and ad hoc holiday cover throughout the year.
