This is a new post, created to lead the Spotlight Cornwall programme from Creative Kernow's base at Krowji, Redruth. Working closely with the Film Hub South West team, the post-holder will have overall responsibility for the design, delivery, audience development strategy, partnerships, evaluation and legacy planning of Spotlight Cornwall, and lead on Creative Kernow's social cinema programme C Fylm. The postholder will champion audience-first approaches to film exhibition, supporting partners to understand local needs, identify barriers to participation and create welcoming, relevant and inclusive film experiences. The role sits within Creative Kernow's Culture & Place vertical and reports to the Director of Culture & Place. It is a part-time, fixed-term post at 0.6 FTE (3 days per week), running until 31 March 2029.
